Rice, Corn And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked brown rice (1 c. raw)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, thawed
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. salt (if desired)
    1/2 tsp. chili powder or more to taste
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except paprika and mix well.
    Pour ingredients into a 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
