Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
2 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook sausage, onion and green pepper.
Drain.
Stir in sauce. Roll out crescent rolls in 11 x 9-inch rectangle.
Spread half of the meat mixture on the rectangle.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Roll up jelly roll style.
Seal well.
Repeat with 2nd crescent roll package.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 2 rolls.
Slice to serve as a main course or appetizer.
