Pork Adobo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork (no fat, no bones)
    1 whole onion, cubed
    1 clove garlic, sliced thinly
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut pork in 1/2 to 1-inch cubes.
    Boil in water for about 10 minutes.
    Drain water.
    Add soy sauce and vinegar to meat.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Simmer on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Serve hot over rice or noodles.
    Can use chicken pieces instead of pork if you want.
