Italian Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. finely crushed bread crumbs or crackers
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
5 eggs, beaten (Egg Beaters may be used)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato soup
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. George Washington broth
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients and mix well.
Form into small balls.
Lightly brown in oiled frypan, only enough to set balls. Put in baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients, reserving cheese.
Pour sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 8.
