Chicken Breast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts (1 per person)
    1 c. white wine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can chopped water chestnuts, drained
    salt and pepper
    pinch of thyme
    powdered ginger to taste
Preparation
    Brown skinned chicken in oleo or butter.
    Blend wine, soup and seasonings.
    Add chestnuts.
    Place chicken and mixture in casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
