Cream Of Coconut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box white cake mix
1 large can cream of coconut
1 small pkg. frozen coconut
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Follow directions on cake mix box and bake in an
oblong pan. When cake is done, poke holes in cake with fork.
Pour Eagle Brand milk on top.
Let it sit and soak for a short time.
Pour cream of coconut over top.
Let cool, then mix coconut with Cool Whip and spread over top.
Keep refrigerated.
