Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 stick butter
    1 small can Carnation milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except vanilla.
    Cook 3 minutes, remove from heat and add vanilla.
    Cool.
    (For fudge candy, cook for 4 minutes.)
    When cool, beat and spread on cake.
