Tomato Paste Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cans tomato paste
    4 cans water
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 tsp. each: parsley, basil, oregano and black pepper
Preparation
    Brown garlic in hot oil.
    Add tomato paste, water and herbs. Simmer on low heat for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally. If too thick, add a little water.
