Marinade For Venison Or Elk - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. homemade beef broth or commercial low-sodium variety
    1 Tbsp. pickling spice
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 bay leaf
    3 peppercorns, crushed
    3 whole allspice, crushed
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together well.
    Add meat and stir to coat well.
    Cover and refrigerate 10 to 12 hours. Drain well before cooking as desired.
