Oatmeal Cookie Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. rolled oats
2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Cream the shortening, brown sugar and white sugar with baking soda, baking powder and salt, then add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Spread onto cookie sheet with sides.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
Cut into any size pieces.
