Basic Zabaglione - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 egg yolks
3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. Marsala, vermouth or any liquor of your choice
Preparation

Beat egg yolks and add sugar (slowly).
Add slowly the liquor. Beat until it thickens enough to hold a slight peak when whip is withdrawn.
Depends on utensil used (could take up to 5 minutes). Makes enough to fill a birthday torte or 1 dozen creme puffs.
