Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chicken, cooked and diced
1/2 c. water or chicken broth
1 small can diced green chilies
1/2 c. onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cheese, grated
6 to 8 flour tortillas
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix soup, broth and green chilies; set aside.
Mix chicken and onions together.
Put 2 tablespoons chicken mixture on a tortilla and sprinkle with cheese.
Roll up tortilla and place in a greased cake pan.
Pour soup mixture over top.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until hot.
