Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti
1/3 c. Parmesan
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. tomato paste
1 tsp. oregano
8 oz. Ricotta cheese
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. tomatoes
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. Mozzarella
Preparation

Cook spaghetti; drain.
Stir in margarine, eggs and cheese. Form crust in greased 10-inch pie pan.
Brown meat; drain.
Add onion, tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and salt.
Spread Ricotta on spaghetti.
Top with meat sauce.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella.
Bake 5 minutes.
