Chicken Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cook and deboned
    1 (7 oz.) box Minute rice
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook chicken and remove bones; saving broth.
    Pour rice into a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
    Pour 1 cup chicken broth over rice. Place chicken pieces over rice.
    Blend the two soups with one cup milk and pour over chicken and rice.
    Melt margarine and mix with remaining one-quarter cup chicken broth.
    Pour over stuffing mix and blend well.
    Place over chicken ingredients in casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes.
