Cheese Wine Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, softened
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. (about 1 c.) smoked beef, finely snipped
Preparation
    Beat softened cream cheese until nearly smooth.
    Gradually beat in wine.
    Add onion and horseradish.
    Chill mixture about 1 hour. Shape into 2 logs, each about 6 inches long.
    Roll each in half of the beef.
