Tuna Stuffing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    3/4 c. shredded carrot
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    6 1/2 oz. can tuna, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 1/4 c. seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Cook zucchini until tender; drain.
    Flake tuna.
    Cook carrots and onion in 4 tablespoons margarine until tender.
    Add tuna, 1 1/2 cups herbed stuffing cubes, soup and sour cream.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Turn into 2-quart casserole.
    Melt remaining margarine and toss with remaining cubes.
    Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 3 to 6.
