Cantaloupe Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed cantaloupe
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    If batter seems too thick, add additional juice.
    Grease and flour loaf pans; bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Melt butter over top and sprinkle 10x sugar on top.
