Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    4 medium bananas
    25 vanilla wafers
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    3 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Sprinkle bananas with lemon juice after they have been sliced. Line a 1-quart casserole dish with a layer of vanilla wafers. Top with a layer of bananas.
    Set aside.
