Carrot Soup(Colorful And Surprisingly Good) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large carrots
    2 potatoes
    2 onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    5 c. chicken stock
    1/8 tsp. cumin or 2 drops hot pepper sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice all vegetables and place in large pot.
    Add chicken stock and bring to boil.
    Simmer until vegetables are tender, then puree in batches.
    Season to taste with salt, pepper and hint of cumin or hot pepper sauce.
