Blender Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    4 c. V-8 juice (can use spicy V-8, if desired)
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Blend thoroughly in blender or food processor.
    Chill at least 2 hours.
    Top each serving with a dollop of sour cream.
    Serves nine 2/3-cup servings.
