Grits And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. grits
    1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    3 c. water
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated, about 2 cups
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Add grits to salted boiling water.
    Turn down heat and cook for 30 minutes with lid on, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat; add the butter and eggs; stir until smooth.
    Add cheese and mix well; pour into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
