Crustless Asparagus Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. margarine
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 c. cooked, chopped asparagus
    1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Heat margarine and onions.
    In a bowl, combine onions with asparagus, milk, eggs, 1 ounce cheese and seasonings.
    Grease a 7-inch pie plate and pour in mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
