Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped tart apples
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat oil and sugar together until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Sift together flour, salt and soda.
Add gradually to egg mixture, blending thoroughly. Stir in apples, pecans and vanilla.
Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
