Fettuccine Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. Prince fettucine
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. cream (heavy or light) or substitute sour cream or fat free sour cream
    1 1/2 c. (5 oz.) fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash white pepper
Preparation
    Cook fettucine according to package directions.
    While fettucine cooks, heat butter and cream in small saucepan until butter melts.
    Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
    Keep warm over low heat.
    Drain fettucine, return to pan and pour sauce over noodles.
    Toss gently until noodles are well coated.
    Serve.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
