Sweet And Sour Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. spareribs
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. can chunk pineapple with juice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Spread ribs in shallow baking dish.
    Brown in 425\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Drain fat.
    Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thick.
    Spoon sauce over ribs.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 45 minutes.
    Stir ribs and sauce every 20 minutes or so.
    Water may be added if sauce becomes too thick.
