Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 separated eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 can coconut
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. plus a little more cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 pie shell
Preparation
    Cook pie shell.
    Cool.
    Beat egg yolks until thick.
    Combine with milk in large heavy saucepan.
    Heat slowly, stirring constantly.
    Combine 1 cup sugar and cornstarch.
    Mix well.
    Add to milk and egg yolks.
    Cook until thick.
    Stir in vanilla, margarine and coconut.
    Thicken.
    Cool.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Add Never Fail Meringue.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until meringue is brown.
