Ingredients

5 eggs
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 c. sugar
1 lb. Oreos
1/2 gal. whole milk
Preparation

In medium bowl, whip egg whites, then set aside.
Make sure egg whites are very stiff; this makes stiff ice cream.
In large mixing bowl, mix egg yolks, sugar, can milks and vanilla flavoring.
Beat until well blended.
Fold in egg whites.
Put Oreos in gallon size Ziploc bag and crush with hammer.
Fold Oreos into batter.
Pour into ice cream freezer and fill to line with whole milk.
Makes 1 1/2 gallon freezer full.
