Mexican Fiesta Treat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. salsa
Preparation
    Combine cheese; sprinkle half of it in 8-inch square pan, forming a bottom layer.
    Combine eggs and salsa.
    Pour over cheese; top with remaining cheese.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0, until golden and bubbly.
    Serve hot with tortilla chips, or allow to cool; cut into squares and store in refrigerator.
    Serves 6 to 8.
