Maureen'S Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts
    2/3 c. almonds
    2 1/2 c. popped corn
Preparation
    Combine margarine, Karo and sugar.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add vanilla.
    Butter a large bowl.
    Combine popped corn and nuts.
    Pour Karo mixture over popped corn.
    Break into chunks or shape into balls.
