Russian Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 to 1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
8 oz. can cream style corn
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown. Serve immediately.
