Roast Marinate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup brown sugar
    2/3 cup catsup
    2/3 cup vinegar
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup oil
    1 tsp. garlic
    2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and baste roast.
    I like to take a knife and prick meat all over so that marinate can penetrate through meat.
    Marinate several hours or overnight.
    Bake and baste with sauce.
    Bake 350\u00b0 - 375\u00b0.
