Potato Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2/3 c. scalded milk
    2/3 c. butter
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 beaten eggs
    5 to 5 1/2 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast in 1/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix milk, sugar, salt, butter and 2 cups flour.
    Add yeast, eggs, potatoes and remaining flour.
    Knead.
    Roll balls in melted butter.
    Place 3 balls in each cup of muffin pan. Let raise.
    Bake at 375\u00b0
    for 15 to 20 minutes.
