Toasted Cubes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 lb. Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. margarine
    4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Remove crust from French bread and cut into 1-inch cubes. Melt cheeses and margarine. When creamy, fold in beaten egg whites. Dip cubes into mixture and place on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet AND FREEZE. When frozen, place in a plastic bag and store in freezer. To serve, bake frozen cubes at 450 for about 8 minutes. Serve warm. These taste so good.
