Cantaloupe Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. ripe cantaloupe, mashed
1 c. milk
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine in mixing bowl the cantaloupe, milk, egg yolks, flour and 1/4 cup of sugar.
Pour into pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes.
