Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice, uncooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 large fryer, boiled and boned
1 large onion, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 tsp. turmeric
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place
boned
chicken
on top of rice in greased casserole. Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cover and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
