Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    2 eggs
    8 c. flour
    2 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in the lukewarm water.
    Set aside.
    Mix boiled water, sugar, salt and shortening.
    Cool until lukewarm; add eggs and 4 cups of the flour and mix well.
    Add dissolved yeast, then add the other 4 cups of flour.
    Let rise 2 to 3 times.
    Punch down with a fork each time.
    After the last rising, turn onto a floured board.
    Roll out until about an inch thickness.
    Cut into biscuits. Let rise again.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
