Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. very thinly sliced potatoes
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. hot milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put a layer of potatoes and onion in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with some of the flour, salt and pepper.
    Dot with butter.
    Repeat layers.
    Top with a layer of potatoes.
    Dot with butter.
    Add enough hot milk to almost cover the potatoes.
    Bake, covered, in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake for 15 minutes longer.
    Makes 4 servings.
