California Bundt Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt *
1 tsp. baking soda *
2 c. sugar
2 c. diced bananas (about 4 medium)
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients well.
Add bananas, oil, vanilla, eggs and pineapple with juice.
Stir to blend well, but do not beat.
Pour onto a greased and floured Bundt pan and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for an hour and 20 minutes.
Cool completely before removing cake from pan.
Glaze.
