Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. syrup
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into greased loaf pans.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until done.
