Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    4 c. raw diced apples
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar and eggs; beat until creamy. Sift together flour, salt, soda and baking powder. Gradually add to other mixture. Add vanilla and cinnamon; mix well. Fold in nuts and apples.
    Bake in greased flat pan at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    This is great for breakfast or brunch.
    Freezes well too.
