Nancy'S Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1 1/2 lb. sausage (can also use luncheon meat, cut up)
    2 medium onions
    4 to 5 stalks celery
    2 to 3 carrots
    peas or leftovers (corn or beans)
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    soy sauce to taste
Preparation
    Rinse rice and cook.
    (Can use brown rice.)
    Fry sausage and take out of pan, leaving meat grease.
    Fry onions, celery and carrots in drippings.
    Add rice and sausage (cooked earlier).
    Add peas or leftovers (corn, beans, whatever).
    Mix all together.
    Make well in middle and add egg until scrambled.
    Mix into rice mixture. Add salt, pepper and soy sauce.
    Heat through and serve.
