Grandma Ann'S Potatonick - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 large potatoes
2 eggs or 4 egg whites
3 Tbsp. matzoh meal
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. olive oil

Preparation

Grate potatoes.
Mix all ingredients.
Heat a greased cast-iron pan in oven.
Bake mixture in pan for 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
Lower temperature to 400\u00b0 and cook until brown on the outside.
