Easy Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    3 c. plain flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. melted shortening
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Combine other ingredients.
    Add yeast and mix well.
    Let rise until double in bulk (about 1 hour). Knead on floured board.
    Make desired shape and allow to rise again (about 1 hour).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
