Trim Slim Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 pkg. Equal
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. skim milk, scalded
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium size bowl, beat eggs slightly.
    Add Equal and vanilla.
    Slowly stir in scalded milk. Pour into two 1-cup custard cups. Set in shallow pan filled with 1-inch of hot water. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Contains 150 calories per 3/4 cup. Serves 2.
