Pumpkin Bread Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 c. water
    2 eggs
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar in large mixing bowl.
    Add water, eggs and pumpkin.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add to liquid ingredients. Mix until smooth.
    Place 2-inch diameter glass in center of waxed paper lined 2-quart glass casserole to form ring mold.
    (Be sure waxed paper remains flat in dish.)
    Pour batter into dish.
    Cook on High for 8 to 9 minutes or until top springs back when lightly pressed with finger.
    (You may want to turn dish halfway through cooking time.)
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Remove glass and invert ring on serving platter.
