Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
2 slices bread, cut into cubes
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Cook sausage; drain grease.
Spread bread cubes in buttered pan (13 x 9 x 2-inches).
Top with sausage and cheese.
Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.
Beat well and pour over sausage and cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Remove foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
