Creole Style Lima Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. dried limas
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Soak limas overnight.
    Cook until tender.
    Cook pepper and onion in butter for few minutes.
    Thoroughly blend in flour; add tomatoes gradually and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add seasoning.
    Pour over limas and cook 15 minutes.
