Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 or 5 raw potatoes
    1 onion, sliced thin
    1 can peas
    1 green pepper
    3 carrots, sliced
    1 bouillon cube
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Layer vegetables and meat in a casserole.
    Dissolve bouillon cube in 1/2 cup water and juice from peas.
    Pour over meat.
    Bake uncovered at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
