Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can asparagus tips
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    1/2 c. pecans or almonds
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Grate
    cheese
    and mix well with
    cracker
    crumbs.
    Add liquid from asparagus to soup.
    Put layer of crumbs and cheese in bottom of buttered casserole dish, layer
    of
    asparagus and sprinkle
    on nuts.
    Cover with soup.
    Repeat.
    Put
    layer
    of crumbs and cheese on top.
    Dot all layers with margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Can be prepared the day before.
