Smoked Fish Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked fish (Sucker is great but any fish will work)
    6 ribs celery, finely chopped
    3 scallions or 1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 whole or 4 spears dill pickle, chopped
    1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation
    Remove smoked fish flesh from bones and skin.
    Place in salad bowl and flake with fork.
    Add chopped vegetables and pickle. Stir in mayonnaise.
    Serve on party crackers as Hors D'Oeuvres or use to enhance salads.
